diffferent is a strategy consultancy based in Berlin. The fusion with a sister agency asked for a fresh layer of paint over their (digital) facade. As their name suggests, diffferent is not like “the other classic consultancies”. The work below should reflect that.





To cheer up dry PowerPoint slides, we’ve created a set of illustrations. These align the documents with the overall identity and give employees the tools to play.

Together with some dear colleagues, we’ve created a series of reflective questions for organizations. “What questions should brands be able to answer in the 21st century?” The provoking thought starters are inspired by the work of Swiss novelist Max Frisch and are divided under the topics of identity, interactions, crisis, and structural change. In addition to this online presence, we’ve created a card deck, a set of posters, and some stickers.
